Chakradhari Rowe (CR) is a security strategist, preparedness specialist, and founder of The Sheepdog Tribe. Driven by a mission born from the events of 26/11, he transformed personal awakening into a national movement focused on security awareness, resilience, and doctrine-driven preparedness.
On the night of 26th November 2008, while Mumbai faced one of the darkest attacks in its history, Chakradhari Rowe experienced a turning point that would reshape his life. Like millions of others, he watched events unfold with a feeling of helplessness. That night created a question that refused to leave him: What happens when ordinary people are completely unprepared for extraordinary situations?
Determined to find answers, he entered the world of security and preparedness. His journey eventually led him to the International Security Academy in Israel, where intensive training transformed fear into readiness and theory into reflex. What returned was not simply a trained professional, but a person committed to changing how society understands security.
Over the years, CR worked across aviation security, crisis leadership, close protection systems, and doctrine design. He conducted security audits, advised institutions, and redesigned response systems. But beyond infrastructure and strategy, he realized that true resilience begins with people.
Through BSAT — Basic Security Awareness & Tactics — he trained more than 8,000 individuals and developed frameworks designed to strengthen decision-making under stress, emotional intelligence, and preparedness culture. His mission became larger than professional security; it became a movement.Today, through The Sheepdog Tribe and his book Sheepdog: The Awakened, Chakradhari Rowe continues building a future where preparedness becomes part of everyday life. His vision is simple yet powerful: One Sheepdog in every family. One nation no wolf can break.
