Believe in Future – Amazing Mentor | Global Leadership Series 2025

A global initiative to identify, document, and amplify the journeys of leaders shaping the future through policy, innovation, enterprise, public service, and social impact.

Program Structure – How the Series Works

1. Global Shortlisting

Each cohort identifies 400 leaders from 50+ countries. Leaders are shortlisted through:

  • Nominations and referrals.
  • Editorial research and scouting.
  • Strategic recommendations from partners and networks.
  • Review of public contributions and impact indicators.

2. Preliminary Leadership Assessment Call (15–20 minutes)

A focused conversation to understand your:

  • Leadership journey and turning points.
  • Key domains of impact and responsibility.
  • Signature initiatives or contributions.
  • Future vision and areas you care most about.
  • Preferred angles for your leadership narrative.

3. Leadership Profile Form

A short, structured input where we request:

  • High-resolution profile photograph.
  • Concise biography and designation details.
  • Key achievements, awards, or milestones.
  • Brief impact summary and focus sectors.
  • Leadership philosophy and message for future generations.

4. Story Development & Editorial Curation

Our team uses the conversation and your inputs to craft an authentic leadership profile that goes beyond titles and focuses on substance:

  • Narrative-style storytelling, not generic biography.
  • Context around challenges, decisions, and learning.
  • Emphasis on how your work influences people, systems, or policies.

5. Publication & Global Visibility

Your story is amplified through:

  • Believe in Future official website.
  • Our social and professional media channels.
  • Partner networks in multiple regions (where relevant).
  • Selective press-related communication (subject to editorial timelines).

6. Cohort Integration

You become part of the Global Leadership Series 2025 Cohort — a curated circle of leaders from government, industry, academia, development, and more.

Who We Select

We look for leaders who demonstrate:

  • Real, measurable impact in their domain or community.
  • Leadership beyond title — contribution that speaks louder than position.
  • Consistency and integrity over time.
  • Innovative and problem-solving approaches.
  • Cross-cultural or cross-sector influence.
  • Commitment to public good, inclusion, or sustainable progress.
  • A future-focused mindset and openness to mentoring others.

What We Need From Participants (Format)

When someone asks “What format do you need from us?” — the answer is intentionally simple:

  1. A 15–20 minute Preliminary Leadership Assessment Call – to understand your journey in your own words.
  2. A brief leadership form – background, milestones, impact areas, and your leadership message.
  3. One high-quality profile photograph – a professional headshot for your feature.

No scripts. No long questionnaires. No complex documentation.

What Leaders Receive

  • A professionally curated leadership story feature on our platform.
  • A dedicated digital leadership showcase page.
  • Global visibility across our communication channels and partner networks.
  • Positioning as part of a select international cohort for that year.

Why Leaders Participate

  • To document their journey as part of a serious, impact-led leadership archive.
  • To inspire emerging leaders, students, and professionals globally.
  • To strengthen their positioning as a mentor and thought leader.
  • To connect with peers across sectors and geographies.
  • To contribute to a collective legacy of “leaders who believed in the future”.
This is not a ranking or an awards list.
It is a living, evolving narrative of leadership — grounded in contribution, courage, and long-term thinking.
