One of the very few Emirati Female Air Traffic Control Officers in the world, Jouhayna AlMheiri on how using her voice has allowed her to follow her passions and inspire others to follow in her footsteps. Jouhayna AlMheiri is an Air Traffic Control Officer and On-The-Job Training Instructor in the Shiekh Zayed Air Navigation Center in Abu Dhabi. She is passionate about training the next generation of Air Traffic Controllers. Jouhayna is currently working on MSc Artificial Intelligence. She is also an public speaker and an artist.  Worldwide only 1% of the applicants that apply to an Air Traffic Control Program successfully make it through the selection process and for female applicants that averages down to 0.2%.
