A veteran of 36 years in the Indian Army, Major General Sanjay Soi (Retd.) is now a global mentor in strategic defense, education, and diplomacy. From Kashmir missions to Africa trade partnerships, his journey bridges action and intellect.
Major General Sanjay Soi has lived leadership in its most extreme form – from commanding troops in conflict zones to reshaping national security education post-retirement. After serving over three decades in the armed forces, he transitioned into public impact roles, becoming CEO of a national security skills council and later taking on advisory and research positions across diplomacy, education, and international trade.
As Executive Director at the Centre for Defence Analysis & Homeland Security Research under the Movastacon Foundation, he brings together think-tanks, policymakers, and academic institutions to address modern threats and build collaborative resilience. His work in forums like the India-Namibia Trade Forum reflects a rare ability to unite defense strategy with global goodwill.
Through motivational talks and mentorship, he now inspires future leaders not just to protect nations, but to serve humanity.
